Description
A tank training circuit on Bossington Hill at the end of Hill Road, the triangular construction is visible as a grass track. It is 130m east-west and 120m north-south, the target railway used by the tanks was on Bossington Hill (115523). Condition: good. [1]
The tank training circuit (C) was visible on aerial photographs and mapped as part of the Severn Estuary RCZAS mapping project. Further information, sources and photograph references are available in the Exmoor National Park HER record MSO8108. [2]
