Summary
A Second World War observation post or Target dugout is defined by a large and disturbed mound of earth set in the moorland southeast of Henner’s Combe, it measures 23m by 20m and is 2.4m high. It was part of the tank training range on Bossington and North Hill.

Description
A large and disturbed mound of earth set in the moorland southeast of Henner’s Combe, it is 23m x 20m and 2.4m high.Concrete is apparent in the north face of the mound, it seems to be about 9.8m long and suggests an observation post has been covered with further soil since the war. It is covered by dense gorse. Condition: fair. [1]
