Description

An earth mound forming the southeast end of the target railway recorded as site 115494 [MNA167602], at East Myne Farm. It is 38m x 26m and 3.6m high, and probably protected the target railway operators. It is covered by gorse. Condition: good. [1]

The Second World War mound was not mapped by the Severn Estuary mapping project, possibly the mound was incorporated into the earthwork of the Target Railway (MNA167602) and not easily visible. [2]
