Pool situated below the summit and to the south-west of the tower.

Description

A roughly rectangular area of marshy land c.40m to the S/SW of the Tower (44246) and c.20m SW of Sheep Fold 44247. The feature sits at an altitude of 130m OD. The site at Dinas Emrys has played an outstanding role in Dark Age and Medieval Welsh tradition; the pool where a red dragon and white dragon had been hidden.
