Description
Low rubble drystone walling, on average up to c.0.5m tall. Stretches of walling survive around the rocky outcrop of Dinas Emrys. None of the rampart walling is in very good condition and gateways are difficult to discern. The ramparts are closely associated with the tower or 'Citadel' at the summit of Dinas Emrys and are thought to date from the 12th century.
