Description
A stony mound, probably from agricultural clearance, southwest of West Myne, possibly mistaken for a World War II site in the Somerset SMR.
Condition: good. [1]
Th stony mound was not visible on historical aerial photographs (including those from 1946), viewed as part of the Severn Estuary RCZAS mapping project, which further suggests a more recent clearance mound or modern dump. Further information, sources and photograph references are available in the Exmoor National Park HER record MSO8093. [2]
