Description

Small scarp aligned NE-SW in large field 703 east of West Challacombe Farm. From close to the E boundary, the scarp extends for approximately 20m before fading in the slope. Max. height 0.3m. May relate to former subdivision of the field, although nothing is shown on the historic map sequences. It may therefore be the slight remains of ruts or a track that approached the former entrance in the boundary between N and W Challacombe properties (Site 037).
