Description
Listed on the 1809-12 Holnicote Estate Survey, Manor of West Luccombe, under ‘Hardings and Ridlers’ is ‘65 House in ruins, Court and Orchard’. The buildings marked alongside the road still exists, it is recorded in the Vernacular Building Survey under West Luccombe Farm building 17.
Condition: fair, the walls and roof need attention
