Description

This calf house, a rectangular single storey gabled building, is part of Stowe Barton Farm on Duckpool to Sandy Mouth property and dates from the early 19th century. It is attached at the left to a cow house/barn range (90937*5).
This building consists mainly of brick, probably re-used from the former Stowe Mansion (site 90386), and cob with a slate and clay tile roof.
