Description
Site initially identified from aerial photographs as a rectangular structure, potentially a building, or remains of walls. However, it would seem to be natural knoll, which has been partly quarried away leaving a sub-rectangular hollow. The farmer says he has always known it as a quarry site. Located just inside the fence on the N boundary above Wild Pear Beach. Dimensions: about 15m long E-W and 5-6m wide.
