Summary
A deserted medieval farmstead at the head of a small stream running west into Grexy Combe. The remains are well preserved,though overgrown in places. At least four building platforms are visible, defined by stony banks up to 0.4 m high. Some of the buildings occupy massively terraced platforms.

Description
A deserted medieval farmstead at the head of a small stream running west into Grexy Combe. At least four building platforms can be seen, with stony banks up to 0.4m high. Some of the buildings are on platforms heavily terraced into the hillside. The settlement may be related to the field system to the east (partially NT, NMR no 115441). The site was identified by Mrs B Osborn when she researched Minehead Without parish. Condition: good. [1]
The building platforms of the deserted farmstead were visible on aerial photographs and mapped as part of the Severn Estuary RCZAS mapping project in 2007 [3].
