Description

The find of a few Roman coins was referred to by Prebendary Hancock in his ‘The Parish of Selworthy’ (1897), where he wrote ‘a few Roman coins were recently found during some excavations’. . The whereabouts of the coins is not known, they are not in the County Museum in Taunton. [1]
