Description

C20th storage shed for the quarries sited at the head of the incline to the Porth Wen Brickworks. A rectangular structure C.4 x 5m, built of raking walls of rendered brick raised by square rendered pillars which originally supported a gabled roof of profiled sheeting (some sheets remain on the ground at the site)

The structure does not appear on the 2nd edition OS map (1900) and was probably built during one of the main periods of improvements in the early C20th
